Biography

Bliss is Yonatan Marcow, born 1981 in a small village in northern Israel.

At the age of 16, with a background in rock..n..roll guitar, Yonatan discovered electronic music. At the same time his friend, Roy Engel(aka Painkiller), introduced him to the psytrance world with tunes from astral projection, double dragon and other mind blowing acts from those times. The two started producing tunes as "Shaff Puff"-but life took them both in different directions and the collaboration ended July 1999 after Yonatan had to join the Israeli army and Roy left to the USA. It was then that Yonatan Decided to start produce psytrance alone.

With out leaving the studio much and hours of hard work Yonatan lished "BLISS" upon the world with his debut album ,"The Rhythmus Gene", on Phantasm early in 2005. It came as a big surprise to many the psyworld. Since then, Yonatan has been traveling around the globe, performing his new tunes at parties, festivals and clubs.

After the success of his first album, the second mind blower from Bliss was highly anticipated. "The Looney Bin", released febuary 2008 is full of strength and sirius lines with sometimes a comedy edge to them. Its mixes old with new and electro with psycho all in one to achieve the fun experience!

All along the way Yonatan Collaborated with many artists and even remixed a few such as Psysex, Atomic-Pulse, Dynamic, CPU, Michle Adamson and Loud.But the most noticeable collaboration is with Painkiller.The two have created the new project called A-team. March 2008 saw the release of their master blaster first album called "Fast Forward".
