Biography

McCOY's music career began in 1990s as a lead vocal in a hard core noise punk band. Working his way through as DJ/decoration artist from 2000 in the local party scene, his presence became undeniable in 2002 after becoming a resident DJ in 'BLUEMOON', one of the longest running party in Japan.

After collaborating with various top artists and building network, he finally kicked off his own project 'alterActive' in 2004. His agressive yet anarchic track/mix work always party up the floor and his play style has mesmeized audience of all ages. The Turbo Sound Speaker System is a must in the mind blowing experience he provides. His work and his performance was recognized by the world in 2008 as he was asked to be the official DJ for Barcelona-based, globally-recognized 'NUTEK Records'.

In 1990, he started to getting into music as a Vokal in HARD CORE,NOISE PUNK music.Since 2000,he shifted his activity to make Decolations for many sort of parties and also became a resident dj of the oldest organazation team called BLUE MOON in 2002.After that,he spreaded out his massive connection wz having many top artists from overseas and expressing his mind for paties to the audience in Japan. Now he's been producing his own parties named alterActive since 2004. And now its rockin' on!!!

The style of his dj mix is using AGRESSIVE,ANARCHIC sounds was killer mixing.Now his paformance is working on unlimited generations !!! In this year he was selected by NUTEK Records (Barcelona) to be a dj in the rebal. coz his trace and resoluts are consider to have enough personarity for NUTEK Recoreds.

Also,don't forget about alterActive has been placing TURBO SOUND speaker systems at ALL parties !!!
