Biography

After experiencing different styles of Music, dj Tarru (Wataru) realized his real connection to psytrance and started djing and organizing parties at 2001 in Japan.

He Concentrated all his energy towards the Japaneese trance scene., and at 2002 started the first edition of his own Festival, “God bless”, that moves up to 3000 people every year, creating new possibilities and collaborations with local and international artists. Since then he is playing in parties all around Japan, creating his special techniques on the decks.

2007 he set up his own label “Back alley production” collecting talents around west Japan, and started to produce himself , influenced by new ideas from local and international artits that he is in contact with. Dj Tarru (a.k.a wataru iwanaga) was chosen by Nutek records to be a Nutek dj in Japan, represent the label and collaborate with Nutek style and artists in order to refresh the dancefloors with lots of new teknologies!

Looking forward to a new future full of productions in the studio and on the local and worldwide dancefloors.
